How It Started
TPIC was started with one purpose in mind:
To help educate clients about the benefits of real estate investing directly by growing their pocket books.
Opened in the heart of Austin, Texas in 2019, TPIC started immediately acquiring properties to their portfolio and is currently seeking new deals across Texas.
Principal, Ryan Tanel, has been living in Austin for over 10 years, growing his personal investing portfolio, and helping those around him do the same along the way.
Prior to TPIC, Ryan worked in residential mortgage lending as a senior loan officer, where his business quickly grew and doubled most years.
He did this by helping over 600 families finance their homes. Utilizing Ryan’s experience gives TPIC a unique and much needed edge in the marketplace to get the best terms on any new investment.

Ryan Tanel
Principal
Ryan Tanel is a Top performing investor with 10 years of real estate experience including Senior Managing Partner for 173 units across Texas, and a portfolio of $23M assets under management, as well as a history as a Senior residential loan officer closing loans for over 500 properties in Texas throughout his career.
Ryan founded Top Producer Investment Capital as a way to serve Top Producing Loan Officers and Realtors to invest in real estate passively, allowing them to focus where their time is best spent; growing their commissions, and retiring early. Driven by results, bottom line profits for investors, and doing the hard work necessary that others are not willing to do to get the results that others are not able to get, Ryan substantially outperforms the market with each new acquisition taken under management.
Leighton Moore

Leighton is a seasoned real estate investor, developer and construction professional and with over 20 years of experience ranging from single family homes, ground-up neighborhoods, commercial office parks, inner-city infill condos, all the way to multi-million dollar heavy infrastructure projects including dams and water treatment plants all over Texas.
Having bid, negotiated, and completed over $375M in construction contracts, Leighton brings deep knowledge of capital expenditure planning, execution and delivery. As both owner and GP of multi-family, short-term, single family, and commercial assets, he is strongly positioned to utilize and share his experience in real estate investing as a strategic asset manager.
